My pedagogical approach has been largely influenced by Paulo Freire (1921 - 1997).

 

My experience in social work since 2010 has allowed in me to acquire skills in the designing, organisation and management of projects.

 

As a community developer, I am open-minded and creative, and I pride myself in my relational,  organisational and networking skills. I know how to take the initiative and I have experience in team management.

 

I organise collective events in collaboration with social and cultural partners. I design and implement innovative projects of social cohesion with migrants and marginalised groups, such as the creation of a contemporary dance show inspired by folk dances. I have been fortunate to work with different social groups and to carry out several actitivies. Children, adolescents, young adults, migrant families, elderly people, these are the people I worked for.
